same mother but different father

Can someone tell me why there are a different between these two things~~!!
Both are using PHP, but why there are still errors in coding?? I am good in easyphp, so obviously all my projects and coding are using easyphp, But then why codings which perfectly run in easyphp, cause a lot of errors when run in wamp?? huh~ why must they create wamp? why cant just only easyphp exist in this world? [which one come first? easyphp or wamp? no idea].. grrrr~~
